PT. Concord Industry was founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Mr. Lin Kuang Ming and is located in East Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. The company began production in March 2015, with its first products being 40×40 and 50×50 floor tiles.

In 2016, the company expanded its portfolio by producing 25×40 and 25×50 wall tiles. By July 2018, the third production line was commissioned, producing 60×60 floor tiles and 30×60 wall tiles.

The company received SNI ISO 9001-2015 and SNI ISO 13006-2010 certifications in 2017, and SIRIM certification from Malaysia in 2018.

In 2022, the fourth production line was commissioned, producing white, unpolished, black, and gold line products — further strengthening the company’s market position.

In 2024, the original two production lines were upgraded to produce porcelain glazed tiles in two sizes: 60×60 and 60×120. These come with various glaze effects including polished glaze, elegant gloss, anti-slip, and black gold flower.

FACILITIES

• Owning 30 hectares of land, PT Concord Industry imports equipment from Sacmi, Triplesonic, Intesa, KEDA, and other countries. Its monthly production capacity reaches 1.3 million square meters. The company utilizes the latest printing and polishing machines, fully automated packaging and planarity equipment, automated color sorting and defect sorting equipment to eliminate missed inspections and ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring sustainable and stable production. The tiles it produces offer a diverse range of effects, rich colors, and avant-garde sizes, meeting high-end decorative needs.
• Currently, it operates four production lines, consisting of eight presses, six vertical dryers, and four kilns.
• In 2018, PT. Concord Industry added a production line capable of producing large size such as 30*60 and 60*60.
• In 2024, it will begin producing glazed porcelain tiles in sizes of 60*60 and 60*120, pioneering a variety of porcelain tile products.
• In the Future plans, the addition of four to six kilns. • Inkjet digital printing, combined with other manufacturing technologies, creates differentiated products.
• 100% dimensional and geometric tolerance classification eliminates quality losses caused by human error.
